Warranty

The Vyklo One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, which provided rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. The Vyklo One-Year Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims.

Please note: All claims made under the Vyklo One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this One-Year Limited Warranty document.

All Vyklo-branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. Under the warranty period, you will be able to direct all claims to Vyklo in situations where you purchased the product from Vyklo or a verified third party seller.

Product Defects Arising During One-Year Warranty Period: Vyklo will (1) repair the Product at no charge for all product defects, which arises within the first 120 days (4 months) and cover all products part defects for one year; or (2) replace the Product with a replacement or of a product of equal or less value. Vyklo's One-Year Limited Warranty excludes any damages resulting from modifications, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage and/or any other causes that are not defects.

Vyklo does not warrant and in no event is liable for products that are damaged or loss; or any loss of profits or data or benefits caused by the loss by the user’s fault.

Warranty Contact

To obtain warranty service, contact Boytone at: customerservice@vyklo.com. All products are subject to verification of eligibility, and proof of purchase is required. Customers outside of the United States should note that NOT all warranty policies stated herein are consistent globally. Customers should contact the local distributor in their current country for instructions regarding warranty claims specific to that country. The process described herein will not work for international warranty requests.

Vyklo warrants products with Serial Number (found on outer packaging by UPC barcode): to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt and verification of purchase if purchased from a verified third party seller.

Service or Repair

When you send your product to Vyklo, a representative from Vyklo will contact you regarding whether your product is eligible for a repair or a replacement with a product that is new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability. For your product to be eligible of different services other than the one requested, a representative from Vyklo will contact you with more information. How long will it take to replace or repair?

Service through Vyklo takes approximately from 1-7 business days from when we receive your product. A representative from Vyklo will be in contact regarding the arrival of your item and the replacement or repair as well as the shipment.

What Does Repair or Replacement Service Cost?

There is no charge if the repair is for a defect covered under the Vyklo Warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your repair isn’t covered by Vyklo's One Year Limited Warranty or was damaged, it may be eligible for out-of-service warranty service. However, some products aren’t eligible at all if broken into multiple pieces. Vyklo reserves the right to determine whether the product is eligible.

If you purchased your Vyklo product through a certified retailer, please follow their return policy for refunds.

If you do not have any luck there, let us help you out! With proof of purchase, gift receipt or a packing slip from a Vyklo certified retailer, you may replace or repair your Vyklo product through Vyklo’s warranty program. You will just have to cover the shipping. Vyklo's One-Year Limited Warranty excludes any damages resulting from modifications, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage and/or any other causes that are not defects.
