How often should I clean my vacuum?

To keep your cordless vacuum running efficiently, empty the dustbin after each use and clean the filter at least once a month, or more frequently if you have pets or use the vacuum often.

Dust Bin

Empty the dustbin or bag every time you use the vacuum, or before it becomes completely full, to maintain optimal suction and prevent odors.

Filter

General Cleaning: Clean the filter at least once a month, or more often if you use the vacuum regularly or have pets, to prevent dust buildup and maintain suction power.

My vacuum stopped cleaning but it powers on?

If your vacuum stopped cleaning and it still properly powers on, please check and clean the telescopic tube and the motor brush head because your vacuum needs to be cleaned and the dirt needs to be removed.

California Proposition 65

California’s Proposition 65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, provides California consumers with certain warnings for products that may expose them to chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm, if those products can expose consumers to such chemical(s) above certain threshold levels. Proposition 65 is a consumer “right-to-know” law. Manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers may be required to provide certain warnings to comply with Proposition 65 safe harbor warning regulations. We provide high quality, safe products for our customers.

We are dedicated to working with our customers and suppliers to meet all applicable consumer safety requirements related to our products, including California Proposition 65 warning regulations. Proposition 65 is administered by California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), a part of the California Environmental Protection Agency. It requires the State to publish and maintain a list of substances identified as carcinogens and/or reproductive toxicants to be available to the general public. The chemical list contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals. For a complete list of these chemicals, visit:
