What is Vyklo’s Return Policy?

To return a Vyklo.com purchase for a full refund, you need to return the machine within 30 days* from the delivery date.

Vyklo refurbished machines and Final Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for warranty service. If your machine arrived damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us.

Intentional decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration, or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Vyklo return policy.

If you send miscellaneous items to Vyklo, please notify us as soon as possible. If you have not claimed your item(s) and paid any associated charges due within sixty (60) days after Vyklo receipt of your item(s), Vyklo reserves the right to consider your item(s) abandoned. If possible, Vyklo will provide notice to you regarding your item(s) at the e-mail contact address on file. If Vyklo does not hear from you within sixty (60) days after Vyklo receipt of your item(s), Vyklo reserves the right to dispose of your item(s) in accordance with applicable provisions of law. Vyklo reserves its statutory and any other lawful liens for unpaid charges.

How do I start a return for an online purchase?

To return products purchased from Vyklo, please email us at orders@vyklo.com. Returned items must:

• Be verified with purchase order

• Have original packaging

• Include all accessories

• Have UPC (barcode) or serial number

Does Vyklo cover return shipping?

Vyklo provides a pre-paid printable label to make a return within the first 30-days. Vyklo will pay for standard return shipping. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Can I return a Vyklo purchased through a 3rd party to Vyklo.com?

A purchase made through a 3rd party should be returned back to the 3rd party retailer. Vyklo.com purchase should be returned through Vyklo.com.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used.

Does Vyklo handle return requests past the 30-day return window?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past the 30-day return window. If your machine is not functioning correctly, it is covered under your Vyklo warranty.
